The only thing I disliked was that there is no way to prepare a hot drink in the room. There is a vending machine in the corridor but I was unable to make it work. Also the information on Hotels.com did not make the out of hours check in process clear. Luckily I arrived while the receptionist was present.

Le personnel n'est pas préoccupé par le client : problème de téléviseur, la personne de l'accueil dit venir dans 5 min. Obligé de lui rappeler plus tard mais elle était occupée à faire la causette avec une collègue je suppose. Personne à la réception pour le petit déjeuner, plus de pain qui s'avère devoir être décongelé avant d'être servi. Mini croissants et pains au chocolat datant de la veille donc rassis. Couettes très peu épaisses et donc chauffage monté car première nuit inconfortable. J'arrête là mais je pense que le peu de clients se justifie.

Quelques efforts à fournir

Bien que les murs ne sont pas épais et qu on entend les moindres chuchottements des voisins de chambre l’hôtel est pas trop mal. Bon rapport qualité prix. Le vrai + de cet hôtel sont les bornes de rechargement (nombreuses) pour les voitures électriques et la borne permettant une arrivée en autonomie H24. La propreté est à améliorer (joints de carrelage moisi dans la douche et lavabo de salle de bain plein de cheveux ne datant pas de la veille) Idéal pour 1 escale mais pas pour 1 séjour.

Je suis arrivé dans une chambre infestée d’araignées, y compris sur le lit. J’ai essayé de signaler le problème, on m’a proposé un changement de chambre, que j’ai refusé vu l’état général du lieu. J’ai quitté l’hôtel immédiatement, sans utiliser la chambre, mais aucun remboursement ne m’a été accordé. Expérience très décevante, aucun geste commercial, aucune empathie. Je déconseille fortement.

Une chambre moyenne sans clim avec un lavabo sans bonde et surtout non nettoyé. Le matin, après une nuit chaude (pas de clim dans la chambre), il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude. J'ai attendu plus de 10 minutes l'eau chaude mais rien n'est arrivé. A la réception, la réponse de la responsable : "c'est normal, il y a trop de clients qui prennent leur douche le matin" !!! Quant au petit déjeuner, il est médiocre avec du jambon blanc qui est plutôt de l'épaule très bas de gamme, et il a fallu que je demande du beurre et que l'on remette le lait en place... Pour une nuit d'étape c'est bon, mais pas pour y rester. Vraiment très déçu bien que la déco soit sympa. Enfin, l'éclairage des chambre est faible !

fuite d'eau sous le lavabo. ampoule grillée dans salle de bain ampoule grillée dans chambre, j'ai regardé si elle n'était pas dévissée mais non. Par contre, il y avait plein de poussière au dessus du lit et de la lampe. Je suis arrivée le vendredi soir. J'avais amené une serviette qui m'a été prise le samedi dans la journée puisque j'étais absente ; je l'ai constaté le soir à mon retour à l'hötel.

Trop cher pour ce que c'est !

L'hôtel indique qu'on peut arriver pour récupérer la chambre à 13h. J'arrive à 13h10, toujours pas prête. Ensuite, je reviens à 14h car l'hôte d'accueil me dit que ça sera prêt. C'est faux, finalement 14h30 j'ai accès à la chambre. Ensuite, l'état de la salle de bain est lamentable, crasse au sol sur les joints. Le lit double demandé, j'avais deux lits simples. Et sinon c'est tellement pas insonorisé que tu suis les conversations de tout les autres personnes. Bref, une très mauvaise expérience.

Billige værelser, men mangel på rengøring. Vi havde 2 værelser, det ene lugtede kraftigt af røg, det andet af klorin. Morgenmaden jævnt kedelig. Det var bedre at det kostede lidt mere, og standarten blev hævet. Der var en meget flot dekoration med gamle bildele i spiseområdet.
