"We stayed in room 19. The room was gorgeous. Comfortable and nice spaces. The staff were all extremely helpful, especially Anna (. Also the breakfast staff and porter, who I don't have named of). Breakfast was delicious in a lovely room with a live piano player.
Communication was excellent before and during our stay.
Good location. Great restaurants nearby.
We also used their parking service and luggage tranfer service. That worked well.
