"It was great stay"

"Beautiful hotel"

"Helpful staff"

"Absolutely wonderful experience at Coco Ocean Resort & Spa! From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional. A special thank you to a staff named Lamin. who, despite being ready to go home late at night, went above and beyond to make sure I had something to eat when I arrived hungry. His kindness and hospitality will never be forgotten. The hotel was clean, the rooms were beautiful, and all the staff were amazing. A special mention to my room attendant, Mr Alpha, who was simply the...

"This Place is Breathtaking n Beautiful 😍 its s0 nice from the moment you arrive its everything! It is right on the beach there is beach restaurants on the beach plenty restaurants within walking distance with live music I truly didn't want to EVER LEAVE!!"

"The pool was nice"

"Staff were friendly and very helpful, all along. Someone checked in on my name. The person used the facilities, left unclean before us. They had to take his stuffs out of the flat for us to be in there that night. I still cannot believe that was possible without verification. We had issues with the front door for few days until it was finally fixed properly. There are builders building and refurbishment going on which is good for the hotel but early morning noise from builders wasn’t nice...

"Satisfait du service et de la qualite des logements."

"👍"

"We stayed in a two bedroom villa off the pool. It was so lovely, staff is so helpful and nice. The pool is awesome, especially the pool man."

"Apartment is spacious. All staff are helpful. The whole complex is a house with multiple apartments. Next to white sandy tranquil beach. The area is safe. Aircon very quiet. Kitchen is functional. I slept very well. Good value for money. Feeling the kindness of Gambians was important for me . Good experience overall"

"I stayed at this hotel several times. This time around they had replaced the air handling units for the air conditioning…. The rooms weren’t getting cold on the 1st floor so imagine how it will be on the 2nd floor…. So any way I complained about the situation… there wasn’t nothing that could be done on there end so I had to suffer but not to much"

"Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind gross und gemütlich. Die Parkanlage ist eindrücklich mit Palmen und grossen Affenbrotbäumen. Der Strand ist sauber."

"The rooms are clean, but the swimming pool may be the dirtyest in the Gambia. Beds are comfortable Location is very good, directly at the beautiful Kotu Beach. We didn't try the hotel restaurant or beach bar this year, due to bleak experiences last year. Service at the hotel is ok, but many of the employees seem to not like their jobs very much. Nobody are hostile, but they are not very eager either. We may choose the same hotel again, but probably not. "
