"My two night stay was comfortable and quiet. I appreciated the kitchette facility. The bed must have been comfortable as I got adequate nights sleep. There was off-street parking space available outside for my car."

"The rooms are great. But the process to get there was awful.
I booked using Expedia 3 weeks out and chose the pay at check in option. Received a welcome letter via Expedia from the property and nothing else. Upon arrival, I was informed that they had cancelled my reservation 5 hours prior to my arrival and were fully booked.
After some unfortunate choice words, I was finally able to get a room.
The property itself is great, the parking is non existent."

"Not clean - stained furniture, blocked basin, grubby tabletop, carpets and walls fairly grubby
Noisy - the trains were very loud if you are on the train track side (the side with the racecourse view)
Lifts - frequently 2 out of the 4 were out of service
Mugs and glasses - very few, only one decent glass, would expect more than that for an apartment that comes with a kitchen!"
