"Close to everything, we were able to enjoy leisure walks to shopping and the sights. Valet parking made arrival by rental car that much easier. Staff were very helpful and provided excellent service and information about the area. Unfortunately, only one of the two elevators was in service at time of checkout which made a trip down the stairs with luggage necessary, so plan your departure accordingly. "

"Das Hotel ist modern, die Zimmer sauber und gross. Frühstück ist gut. Zu Fuss ins Zentrum ca. 20 min. Metro und Tram gleich gegenüber vom Hotel. Was mich ein wenig gestört hat: ich hatte ein Zimmer (Standard) im 2. Stock in den Innenhof, das wäre für den Preis ansich kein Problem gewesen. Die Fenster sind jedoch mattiert, d.h. man sieht nicht durch, was etwas sehr "bedrückend" wirkt."

"Hotel che non ha nulla da invidiare ad altri hotel con 4 stelle. Mobilia d' altri tempi ma in perfette condizioni, camere ampie con balconcini. Bagni completamente rifatti e puliti. Colazione ottima e varia. Personale di sala e di pulizia camere gentile ed efficiente. Reception perfetta."

"We really enjoyed our stay at NH Collection Torino Piazza Carlina. The building is beautiful and full of character, and the location is perfect—close to all the main sights. The breakfast was excellent with lots of variety, and the staff were friendly and professional. We especially loved the quiet courtyard—it’s a lovely spot to relax with a drink. The secure underground parking was also a big plus. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Ho soggiornato in questo hotel diverse volte e mi sono sempre trovato bene ... in questo ultimo soggiorno però ho notato dei cambiamenti: la stanza che ci hanno assegnato dava sull'esterno, sul tetto rivestito di catrame, con i comignoli e altro, insomma non proprio bello da vedere. impossibile aprire per l'odore e per il caldo. Stanza caldissima, il condizionatore non funzionava, abbiamo chiesto informazioni e la risposta è stata "non era ancora stato acceso il sistema a livello generale". La...

"De accommodatie was echt top, we hadden een familiekamer waar we met 4 prima in konden slapen en nog veel ruimte over hadden. Het zwembad was prima. Het is een soort paleisachtige gebouw, mooie vertrekken en vriendelijk personeel. Je kon in het hotel ook eten, maar dan kreeg je een standaard menu, dit wilden we niet, dus zijn in een soort afhaalrestaurant/eenvoudige bistrot op loopafstand gaan eten. De wandeling ernaartoe, 800 meter, vanaf de uitgang van het hotel maakte op ons een verlaten...
