"It is located very close to Milan Duomo and Cathedral, you can go by walk and is very close to main shops and restaurants. The only issued we had was to identify the place, as it does not have a big sign, it is on a corner so it was just a paper paste in a door where is the main access, it think this is something can be improved since the first impression was not the best also there is no 24/7 host. Otherwise the room was very clean, good size and comfortable."

"The location was very good. Lots of amazing places all walkable. Check in was annoying as doing it all online wasn’t working out. Wasn’t clear we had the option to do it live at the office there. How to get in the unit and lock the unit wasn’t normal. Others also had an issue with it in the short time we were trying to access our space.
The place had no windows, no air or natural light and it had a bad smell to it. Impossible to air out. As well the internet was not working great. They came by...

"Posizione eccellente. ‘Appartamenti’, come vengono definiti, non degni di tale definizione. Il non aveva neppure una finestra praticabile. Angusto. Accesso via app molto complicato. Pa struttura si salva solo grazie ad alcuni giovani operatori che hanno dimostrato attenzione e collaborazione."

"While the place is spacious and modern, the unit is way overpriced. It is on the first level so there aren’t really any windows. It’s a very loud area due to a long term construction project and local activities. The location in proximity to Milan Centrale is not the greatest. There is no flexibility on check in and checkout to mes. Plus they want you to throw out trash and recycling. It might be a decent stay if the price is cut by half. Still too loud."

Once we were in, we were greeted with such care and the caretaker even mapped out our day for us. She is so incredibly kind..the room is unbelievably clean and stocked with quick breakfast foods!"

"Fantastic location in the Quadrilatero, especially if you're in Milan to shop; easy walk from San Babila station on the line from Linate Airport. Building has an, albeit tiny, elevator, the code system is easy to use once you know which panel you're looking for. Kitchen tools well stocked, I had booked for the washing machine (middle of a long trip) which was excellent and easy to use. Great location made it easy to explore beyond the central district on foot."
