"This was such a lovely property-my room had views of the gorgeous central station and parks surrounding. Staff and service were so very nice and helpful-dining at The Terrace was fabulous and again—-that view was magnificent. Was a female traveling alone and felt so safe and comfortable. "We stayed for two nights, this hotel is a keeper, we loved the experience, feom the service at front desk to breakfast, a lot of big US hotel chains should get inspired by what Milano Scala has to offer. I highly recommend, it is close to the main attractions but not too close."

"This property has so much potential for being incredible, however… it’s just really good. The bellmen were outstanding!!! Everyone of them, every time I need to leave the hotel, or arrive to the hotel! No need for Uber when a taxi is only a 2 min wait. Unfortunately, for us, it rained our whole stay so the rooftop bar wasn’t open. I really wanted to experience that. The bar downstairs, was incredibly beautiful, but unbelievably empty on a Saturday night! I couldn’t for the life of me figure out...
