"The city location of this apartment is excellent for all trams and especially Southern Cross station. The room I had was spacious with a well equipped kitchen. Great view too. It was clean and fresh towels provided and bins emptied on request. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. My only problem was the noise from the nearby train line. Reception gave me earplugs and that worked well! I would definitely return to these apartments next time I am in Melbourne."

"Check in consists of a lockbox hanging out of a tree on the footpath outside the place. I hated it as I was there alone and it was getting dark. Place was clean but lots of scuffs and wear and tear. There’s a nightclub nearby which was very loud throughout the night. Most annoyingly was that there was no tv in the bedroom. "
