"Try to get there before 3pm so at least u get some form of orientation and any necessary changes to the room if need be. We checked in after 3pm so we were kinda helpless. The floor to the room was sandy, a towel was stained, there were no instructions to wifi or just simple orientation card was missing.
Also we booked the one room apt, so it was meant for 4 pax but we didn't need the sofa to be a bed but it was made to be a bed and we couldn't use the sofa for all 3 nights that we...

"The coolest and most comfortable glamping experience! Outside of town but so worth the extra drive to be embedded in nature. Beautiful highland cows and kangaroos on the property. The tent itself was lovely, most comfortable bed ever, and great water pressure! Would go back"

"Enjoyed the clean room , music playing and heater working when I arrived, very welcoming ! Everything well taught off ! The only downside was getting drenched when trying to bring my luggage to room by luggage trolley!
Also kitchenette had only microwave, no cooking gadgets, which was ok for me but might be an issue for others.
The staff very helpful and accommodating,
The restaurant on site was amazing too.
All in all , absolutely enjoyed my stay !"

"Staff at check in were extremely friendly. Our three bedroom renovated room was very clean, exactly as the photos, we were very pleased.
The indoor heated pool and the squash courts were a bonus that we really enjoyed. The games room for the kids was disappointing that everything besides the table tennis was coming operated, she should be free access for paying guests. In saying this we would still highly recommend and stay again."
