"Strange bathroom design, huge bath but barely room to sit on toilet"

Conveniently located close to CBD and the airport it met our needs...Only small issue..there is no breakfast options...not even a breakfast pack ...there is an outdoor kitchen you can prepare if you need... Reception closes at 5....I would recommend"

"This hotel is nice. We stayed in a basic room. There is no housekeeping service for the time we stayed which was 3 nights. The little freezer compartment was iced over and we couldn’t fit anything in it. So we got no new towels or amenities for 3 days. When we came to check out at 9 am when the office opened the man at the desk said the credit card machine wouldn’t be online for 15mins. We needed to go so we left credit card details to be charged, a different card from the original deposit card. Today we find the original card has been charged and for the full amount, even though a one third deposit was paid. I found the staff member on the desk to be quite flippant when dealing with him and didn’t seem to care much. If the credit card machine isn’t online for 15 minutes then turn it on 15 min before you open up at 9am. "

"Incredibly expensive for what it is. Rooms are very old and sparsely appointed. Not sure what the appeal of staying here is. Staff were friendly and helpful. "
