"Try to get there before 3pm so at least u get some form of orientation and any necessary changes to the room if need be. We checked in after 3pm so we were kinda helpless. But they need management overhaul. The staff is alright, they seem overworked and lacked resourced. For such a big hotel with 150 villas spread over 20+ acres they had just 2 buggies for handling luggage. If this was a Asian resort they would have 10 buggies riding at every whims.

"We needed an overnight stay in Busselton. I read all the reviews about Timothée resort and it sounded perfect. The reviews were spot on! The room was excellent- from the bed linen, towels and cleanliness it was amazing. Jade at reception was welcoming and professional. "What's there not to love about Broadwater Resort!! Great location with cosy reception. Kind and courteous staff. The units are well set out among leafy trees, with easy walking pathways. I was especially impressed with the Tonic restaurant, cafe and bar. They have a delicious menu with plenty of comfortable seating. And what better way to enjoy fitness, alternating from the outdoor cold pool into the heated pool. Followed by a nice stroll along the beach. I look forward to my next visit here."

The indoor heated pool and the squash courts were a bonus that we really enjoyed. The games room for the kids was disappointing that everything besides the table tennis was coming operated, she should be free access for paying guests. In saying this we would still highly recommend and stay again."
