The room was clean and the AC worked well, but the bathroom only had soap in the shower (the dispenser didn’t even worked properly), and none by the sink. There was no shampoo either. I honestly can’t remember staying at a hotel that didn’t provide basic soap and shampoo.
It was also quite inconvenient that check-in was two blocks away, especially when my room key card stopped working and I had to walk there at night to...

"The staff wasn’t friendly at all until the last day. Julia was working the front desk. She greeted every customer with a smile on her face. She was the first employee who took the time to greet customers (that I had witnessed). She was also very helpful. Please send her a commendation for her excellent customer service."

"Very clean and located near airport. Breakfast was really good but pricey. There were restaurants near by that were really good and less expensive."

"Quiet. Only stayed a few hours so can’t really give an honest opinion on the property but the staff were helpful when I had no phone. I really appreciated their help."

"Every thing works in the room. The only inconvenience is the sound proofing. At 7 in the morning, you hear very loud water pipe noise from rooms next and upstairs."
