"The staff were nice very welcoming, the property is beautiful very well maintained. the only thing that I wasn’t happy with was not being able to find a chair on the beach or pool area that was available and not broken, we got lucky 3 days out of 6 , we ended up going to another beach area and renting out some chairs , I’m not happy that there’s a resort fee being charged when this was a major problem not only for me but for other guest I wasn’t the only upset guest also want to mention the cruise ship people also making reservations to use the facilities and that’s makes it even a bigger problem. They really need to focus more on the guest before selling day passes they need to make guest a priority if they want people to leave satisfied. This was really frustrating and feel it’s unfair . There should be a resort fee !!! "

"We recently stayed at The Reef at Atlantis while I was travelling for work, and it worked well for both business and family. From a family perspective, it was a great choice. The kids absolutely loved the water park, and the aquarium is genuinely spectacular — there was always something to explore. They also really enjoyed the kids’ club, which gave them some independence and variety during the stay. My husband made the most of the casino, so there was truly something for everyone. The room itself was a highlight. Having a full kitchen gave us much-needed flexibility, especially when travelling with children, and made the stay far more comfortable and convenient. From a work standpoint, the location was very practical. It was easy to get to and from meetings, which made balancing work and family time much smoother. The main area for improvement would be the food. The options felt somewhat limited, and the overall quality could be better given the standard of the resort. Overall, it’s a very good option if you’re looking to combine work and family travel, with plenty to keep everyone entertained, but with some room to improve on dining."

"Booked this hotel based on the glowing reviews when we arrived, we were a little disappointed, rooms outdated restaurants were mediocre buffet restaurant was where the best food was at. Staff was sometimes nice sometimes not there are no activities to speak of and if there are very boring, bingo tie-dye not much of a nightlife happening there you’re better off going to Atlantis to the casino and hang out there it is not on the beach. "Staff super friendly, very clean and well kept. Good house keeping. Food at the bistro is good, and morning breakfast is worth it when booking package. Location is convenient for beaches, Arawak Cay, and other tourist attractions. Walking distance to many attractions such as queens staircase, distillery, fish fry. Last but certainly not least, complimentary rum punch everyday was amazing. Would definitely stay here again. "

"The hotel is nice but the rooms too small. Bathroom is open in the hallway with the shower door glass. Not appropriate for families. The pullout was too small for 2 children. Hotel was nice. Food was pretty good but very expensive. Beach and pols got crowded. Seemed like there was charge for too many things - private pools, cabanas and premium beach chairs. Hard to find a beach chair. Water park was fun - lines were not too long. "
