"I liked that we had free access to Atlantis, free breakfast, and the coupons for the restaurant were nice.
The check in process was annoying. We had to stand in line for 30 minutes. Check in is 3pm and our room wasn’t ready until 3:45. Also a lot of maintenance in the hotel."

"Quetel the receptionist was fantastic, got a room issue cleared up. Bartenders were very good. Be careful renting b harborview suites, there are no windows to open or a balcony. Room is bigger and bathroom luxurious, but at the expense of no view. We wanted the air and balcony."

"The property outside of the rooms is beautiful. The rooms are in desperate need of renovations and you can see how out dated they are. The front desk is very unhelpful. We tried on several occasions asking staff members a question and the response was they didn’t know or download the viva app. The girls in the Heatwave store was more informative of things and helpful than the staff. "Beautiful grounds on the hotel property. It is across from a beautiful beach. Nice pool. Extremely helpful, caring staff. Was great to have a restaurant at this hotel with good food. I would definately stay again if I'm ever in Nassau. 5 stars!!"
