"The beach was the best thing about this property. The hotel rooms are old looking. The air conditioner made soo much noise that I couldn’t sleep. The phones did not work in both the rooms. I had mentioned to front desk but they did not fix them. The vents looked rusty/moldy but could be just old(not sure). The pillows were too soft and gave me neck pain. "Most staff are really nice and helpful. However , the man that check us in had horrible attitude. He hated everyone coming in . "Okay so this property was nothing as I expected based on the reviews and pictures. This is more like apartment complexes turned into one giant property that’s being called a resort. It is no where near a resort. The beach was dirty, the pool was more of a sandy chlorine opening, the room had small ants all on the counters and coming out of the phone, the electricity was out upon our arrival and still for the next few hours. We actually ended up switching hotels and extending our stay there...
