"Rides were closed half the time pools close at 7pm and there was only 1 jacuzzi on the property which also closed at 7pm. We paid for an ocean view but we had a view of the property. Everything was so overpriced, food, drinks, roundup airport to resort. Food was mediocre nothing to brag about and like I said overpriced. Toilet kept flushing by itself very noticeable during night cause we’re trying to sleep."

"This is one of the best resorts I have ever stayed at. All of the employees were so polite, helpful, and friendly. The food was amazing. The entertainment was perfect. The resort was clean. "Our room was not cleaned daily during our stay. Even though we never placed the ‘Do Not Disturb’ tag on the door, housekeeping did not come inside to tidy the room. Instead, they left coffee, water, and towels in a bag outside the door. For the price and level of service we expected, this was disappointing."

"The rooms were very spacious. The kitchen area was very functional and sufficiently stocked with dishes and cooking equipment for us to have both breakfast and/or lunch. I appreciated being able to choose to eat in or savour one of the many restaurants. The pool was large and never felt crowded. When I come back I will want to stay at the reef."
