"While this is a beautiful old hotel, it does come with some issues. The HVAC in our room did not work. We asked 3 times to get fixed. Luckily the windows can open but the street noise was very loud. The shower was nice but water splashed everywhere due to the small glass door and very slippery. Dated but full of charm. Not a 5 star but perhaps a 4."

"The hotel itself was exceptional and the reception staff were very welcoming and friendly, however i did find the restaurant staff and host especially to be unprofessional with the food being good but over priced."

"This is a great hotel with a very convenient location to the Sydney Harbor. We were able to walk everywhere and were also right next to Circular Quay. Many of our tours also picked us up either at the hotel or nearby at the harbor. Club level food was good and drinks were also nice. The staff were efficient and friendly. The rooms were clean and the housekeeping staff did a great job daily. The guys who helped with baggage and cars were so nice and helpful. Great hotel experience overall!"

"The Moorea Lagoon and Spa should definitely be on the top of your list, the accommodations were clean and are exactly as advertised. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. My wife is Celiac with allergies to Rice, Oats and Soy and each restaurant on site went out of their way to ensure that there was a meal she could eat and enjoy. Even went so far as to make her something that was not on the menu but was fitting for her dietary needs. I would highly recommend staying here and...
