"Our second time at this hotel. It’s our favourite place for an overnight stop in France! Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, quiet, decent size room with 4 beds, plenty of parking that feels safe. Only a few minutes from the motorway (A26). Highly recommend this hotel. We will be returning during our next holiday in France. 😊"

"From arrival to leaving we had a perfect stay. Secure car park was great, friendly receptionist and easy check in. Hotel room was just the right size for our short stay. Good size bathroom with excellent shower booth. Good lighting and seating."

"Very welcoming reception. Helpful advice. Plenty of parking in Grand Place. Very centrally placed so easy walk around city. Steps at entrance Room in the rafters so watch your head Very comfortable. "

"Fantastic place from which to visit Arras' sights and restaurants. Only complaint was shower/bath spilled water onto slippy floor and bar in evening was a bit limp. Gr8 breakfast."

"When advertised the description of the hotel stated it had a lift. Being partially disabled this was an important reason for my choice. However when we arrived we found that our room was in the part of the hotel that the lift only serviced to the second floor. Otherwise the room provided everything we needed."

"The front desk was very helpful and spoke very good English. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was wonderful. The quick access to walk to the grand place for dinner and other activities was perfect. I recommend this place for sure!! "

"Welcoming and helpful staff. Very comfortable room even if we don't like a separate toilet. Good to have a window which opens. More shelves in the bedroom and hooks in the bathroom would have been good. Breakfast was nice but no muesli or cereals suitable for adults. "
