"Great location "

"The self check in is convenient however with check not until after 3pm we didn't arrive until after 4pm when it was dark. The house had very little lighting outside which was difficult to manage in. There's not many amenities for a dog friendly house, eg outdoor bins for waste, possibly a hose for cleaning the stones. There was no soap at the kitchen sink so you have to go into the bathroom in the bedroom to wash your hands, again this isn't convenient. There was dust behind the lockers in the...

"The hotel is ideally located & has everything you'd need for a stay. The service from all staff was excellent & there's a great choice of food & drinks. There's plenty of parking & a TV in the bar showing the different sports events, with plenty of tables in different positions in the bar, as well as a separate restaurant."

"Rostrevor was the first place my traveling companion arrived and the staff was amazing. Bart & Deidra run that place. First ones in the morning, last ones at night closing the place with a smile in their faces. "Lovely, welcoming hosts in a traditional setting. Each morning the traditional home-cooked breakfast, with eggs straight from the garden, was breakfast. You’ll need a car if staying here but is well located as a base to travel and see much of what Northern Ireland has to offer, including only being 35 minutes from central Belfast."

"The rooms are not the ones in the photos on the website. They are dated, freezing cold, the windows are drafty, walls are paper thin and the bathroom is very grubby. "
