"The entire hallway on the 3rd floor smelled like sewage. Our room was intolerable and we had to leave immediately. The methane sewer gas in the elevator was horrible. We complained to the kind lady at the front desk. We didn't feel safe and was concerned about health risks. We booked another hotel and left. We stopped a few other people outside and they confirmed our concerns. The hot tub and pool was great. The rooms are clean the grounds are nice. Hopefully they can figure out the issues! "
