"Bitterly disappointed
1) the website does not actually represent where you could be potentially staying, some rooms so so basic with camp style beds. The pictures online definitely do not represent this
2) the room smelled of drainage
3) I spent €10 on cleaners and bleach to hide/mask the smell
4) the hotel has 200 irons for 1000 rooms .. everyday we asked twice a day for an iron and could not be provided with one
5) hotel staff where at times incredibly rude! The bar staff around the...

"Check in 4pm however rooms not ready till 4.30. Roof pool area towels on beds but no one using them. Shame because others waiting at bar area to get sunbathing."
