"The responsiveness was one thing I would definitely say was good. There were not great instructions on finding the place especially as a tourist but once we found it there was no key in the lockbox so we could not get in. When I reached out about this someone was able to meet us immediately and we got a very quick response. Once in the apartment, it was very hot and the AC is slow working. The AC also makes a very high pitched noise after about 15 minutes making it impossible to sleep with it on...

"Perfect for visitors to the old town. The only issue we encountered was with the kitchen appliances like the toaster and water boiler due to an electrical load problem. We reported it and hope they address the matter. Aside from that, everything was great, and we’d definitely rent the place again. The air conditioning was perfect!😊"

My wife and I have been fortunate to stay in so many amazing places but Nordelaia ranks at the top. As we reflect on the moments we realize that what we experienced was pure relaxation, held elegantly with care and nurtured with the most wonderful food and beverage. I would say this place is perfect, but it is so much more than perfect. Thank you everyone at Nordelaia, we will be back soon."

"Our host, Christina, was fabulous. Very helpful, energetic and obliging of any request. Wifi was ok, but slow sometimes. Surroundings absolutely beautiful. Wine from the vineyard was very good. Lovely rooms. We enjoyed driving through the picture postcard scenery of this region."
