"This was our first Park Hyatt visit and boy does it live up to the name. Being from a blue collar level, this was a special treat for my husband and I and it surpassed our expectations. The resort is in pristine condition, the rooms had zero flaws and the service was outstanding. They made you feel special and never ignored. "The house is really big and beautiful outside the house. Staff is helpful and can communicate well in English. Kitchen and washing machine are function well. Sufficient hot water but sometimes it's difficult to control the water temperature. Heater on the ground floor only and it's quite cold if not nearby the heater."
