"This is a unique stay in the heart of the historic mining district. It was nice to walk around and see all the original log homes that belonged to the miners. "I can't explain why, but the deds and bedding in this hotel is the best I've ever slept on. I've stayed in the best of properties from Vancouver to LA to London and god knows how this hotel did better. I ended up buying a set of their sheets even. I'd buy the bed if I wasn't flying "
