"Our view of the beach was minimal. The stay was wonderful for us retirees. Relaxation. There wasn’t much to do on the property during the day except stay at the pool. Our room is needing some maintenance. The door jamb was very rusty and was hard to close. The toilet paper holder was hanging loose from the wall. Overall the room was very good."

"Great hotel and amenities. Staff very friendly and professional. Room a little outdated . I didn’t have any sitting chairs or microwave. View to the beach was nice but, I should have got a higher floor because the roof of the lower part of building was very visible and took away from view to beach. Recommend staying higher than the 4th floor. Would definitely stay again"

"The only problem was that on the Expedia app you pay for ocean front and they only have ocean front for the 3 bedroom rooms not for 1-2 bedrooms they kind take your money for no reason other than that it was great "

"Beautiful room 2 Queen oceanfront could see the beach from both directions. Comfy beds. Pool was amazing did not use the hot tub. Literally steps to the beach "

"Nice remodel after the hurricane; the Tiki Bar was never replaced. The rooms are nice and the A/C works well. It seems the refrigerators were scaled down, but again no real issue. The problem with this hotel, even years later, is the simple things they could get right. Not having an icemaker for the entire hotel? No excuse for this - only one of the two elevators working? These were the reasons I stopped staying here a couple years ago, and the fact that these simple things are not addressed speaks to the lax standards of the owners. A decent place on the beach at a decent cost - too bad, because it could be a great hotel."

"The place was filthy. Sticky counters, hair, debris, and dirt on everything. Smudges and fingerprints on all of the mirrors. The dishes had old food on them. The place was disgusting. That was the first room. We told the staff and they gave us a new room. This room was even worse with the dirt and had blunt rappers, rust stains on the countertops, more hair, etc. we had to wear shoes inside because when we were walking around our feet turned black like PITCH BLACK in less than 10 minutes. We probably should have left and gone somewhere else but we were so exhausted. We didn’t get in until after 11 so we just sucked it up and slept. The view from the balcony was nice and the bed was comfortable. That’s about all that we liked about this place."
