"Our second time staying after celebrating a relative’s bday at The Perch at Capital One. This hotel exceeded our expectations! The rooms were spacious, the beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast buffet had plenty of space and a great selection. Ishmael at the front desk was especially kind and helpful during check-in. We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family."

"Not a new building, but everything was clean, everything worked, the staff were friendly and efficient, the area safe with nearby metro access, grocery stores and restaurants. The room I had also had a full kitchen, which is a definite benefit if you're staying for a few days. The price was reasonable, and I will definitely stay here again if that is the case next time as well."
