"An older property but very well kept and room was very clean. Great location if ur going to use the metro, and close enough to walk to downtown falls church for access to restaurants. Just FYI it’s a 2-story building and there’s no elevator. Breakfast is very basic and is staged in lobby area…cereal & milk, bagels sealed in plastic, sealed plastic juices, and apples or bananas. "I paid to stay at the property, so parking should have been included and should not have been charged separately. However, I was charged a self-parking fee, which I believe was applied in error. If the charge was intentional, then I strongly believe the hotel should reconsider this policy, as charging paying guests an additional fee for parking is unreasonable and detracts from the overall guest experience."

"Location is the star here. Very close to National mall and restaurants. Area is generally safe Hotel was fine - though for a new hotel there are already signs of wear (wallpaper starting to peel). Also, I know dc is hot and temp is gate to regulate but the room just felt constantly “damp.” I didn’t try the restaurant but no room service. Again, not a bad stay - got the price it was fine"

"This property needs to be addressed. The electricity went out during our stay only at the hotel. The food was bland and the mandatory breakfast coupons make the dining experience feel cheap. The staff - except the food staff - were loud and obnoxious. The last day of the stay my family and I were harassed and my mother was also harassed by male staff members. We applied a do not disturb to our room to protect our items while out, but cleaners still came in."
