"While our room was small, it was very comfortable, and the location can't be beat - right in the center of London. Great breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff - we were able to get a later checkout and the staff helped with luggage and getting a cab to the airport. "

"The location of the property is great but the rooms are not good. The room was dusty and had a strange smell. The conditioner was missing in my room. There are water refill stations outside near the elevator which took forever to refill. For a 4 star hotel they charge to use an umbrella, which no other hotels do. The hotel is not worth the price "

About 3 blocks from a main Underground station and walking distance to Tower Bridge and more. We love our stay! Staff was great and check-in and check-out process was super easy. "The hotel exceeded all expectations. We arrived and our room was not quite ready. The check in staff offered us a voucher for two glasses of champagne while we waited; they then come to find us to tell us the room was ready and they had upgraded us. We had a lovely room with a nice view. On the way back after dinner we stopped at 12th knot for a couple of cocktails and enjoyed the atmosphere and great view over St Paul’s. Our room was on the 9th floor, not the biggest room we have ever stayed at, but a good size, with a nice bathroom and decent amenities. My only comment is that it would be nice if there was a mirror by the desk so that it can be used as a dresser. The bed was comfortable and the hotel quiet, no slamming doors through the night like in other hotels. A very enjoyable stay. "
