The room was fine, but the check-in process was the worse I’ve ever experienced. It took almost two hours to get us into our rooms and we were not given key cards, security had to open the door for us so we could not even leave the room until the next morning when key cards were delivered. Monarch Casino Resort Spa Black Hawk
The room was spotless and smells fresh. The service was awesome. I marked it 4 out 5 stars as I asked for a room close to the elevator as I had my mom with a cane and they placed us closer to the stairs. The lounge and swimming area was very clean and had courteous staff.

Hyatt Place Denver Downtown
Room was a little drab. Staff was great and helpful. Breakfast was nice to have, but it did get busy in the last hour. We never got to enjoy waffles, because they always ran out before we could get to it. This hotel is definitely business friendly, but we probably wouldn’t stay there again.
