"Very walkable distance to The Spectrum Center, which is why we were there. Check in was easy and the staff was very nice. Enjoyed talking with Fernando at the bar. Flatbread pizza was awesome. Will stay there again when we visit Charlotte. Only downfall was coffee pot in room did not work. "

"Room was super clean and quiet. Only a 5 minute or so drive to Charlotte Motor Speedway. Breakfast had different variety every morning. (Waffle flavour changes, eggs are different style and then the protein changes daily) Only problem we had was the hot water in the shower wasnt hot enough. Felt more lukewarm than hot. But that was honestly our only complaint. Loved the spot so much that we rebooked for next year."

She made a very stressful experience so much less stressful. Every staff member I met was so polite. "
