"As I entered the arrival hall I received a phone call from Rajendra the driver. He was right on time and clear with instructions where to meet. Once I arrived at the hotel the staff were helpful and courteous. I did have a long enough sleep in the comfortable bed but that was due to my own schedule. ..."
