Staff was nice, but the room wasn't what I paid for, extremely tiny unlike the pictures, dirty and generally considering the price the amenities were majorly subpar. Our bathroom was leaking every moment for our one night stay and while the staff was nice and understanding, the state of the room and hotel guarantee we will never visit again.
