We stayed here as a family for one night. Our room felt quite dirty. The sheets had a stale smell, the mattress’ looked to be very old, the floor and carpet wasn’t clean, and the night stand had debris. The staff was very kind and breakfast in the morning was great. But the rooms were lacking. Wouldn’t stay here again.

I was offered airport pickup service at very low price. Hotel mayda Inn is very comfortable for all type of tourist specially for couple and families. The best part is mayda inn is located in mahipalpur which is very near to the airport.

Absolutely nice hotel with all modern amenities, nearest to IGI airport, easy access to the hotel. Staff is wonderful they helped us to arrange a cab to the airport. Restaurant service is also good.

Hotel is amazing and really we enjoyed a lot there, our overall stay was excellent. The plus point is that they have restaurant service 24 hours, Chef is good, in fact all staff are great and helpful. There are a lot hotels around but we can trust only few hotel. This is really one the best hotel around.

Excellent staff with patience addressing our queries , clarifications. Helped us with language constraints ( we are from south) etc . Rooms are neat, clean & hygienic. Food is also good . The plus - close proximity, rooms are spacious. The bathroom was also good conditions. The Minus - it seemed like the Bed linen was not changed but rather re arranged. Did not felt it was clean enough. After enquiring we were told that bedsheets were changed, however did not felt like so

Just to be informed that the hotel seems to be a perfect accommodation for the travelers especially for the transit customers who intend to catch the flight from delhi airport as this hotel is conveniently located in the airport area with world class modern facilities. Front desk staff specially Ms. Kavya is just superb, she made us feel a home away from own home. Other staff were also good in terms of their attitude and services. I will definitely recommend this to my colleagues and friends.

Hotel looked new inside. Cleanliness can be improved. One of the pillow cover was dirty. There were food stains (looked like ketchup) on the walls. Windows were not sound proof. Could hear noise from the street. The window curtain was not long enough the block light from outside. The hotel is situated in an narrow inner road. No restaurants nearby.

Dirty sheets and not bothered staff

Upon arrival, the bedsheets were stained and dirty. Small hairs everywhere. We got the bedsheets changed, however the new bedsheets had bigger stains with what looks like either from Oil or from more personal parts of the body. It was disgusting. We finally got new bedsheets but still with small stains, but at least they looked more clean. Bathroom is simple but clean. Staff were very not bothered. The guy in the reception when checking out in the early mornings, looked shabby was lying in the sofa with his leg up with slippers and the TV on Full blast. When seeing us he continued to lie there and only got up when we said we needed help to check out. As soon as he took the key, H e returned to the sofa and put his leg up. Did't bother greeting us out or open the door for my elderly Mum and aunt or help with any bags or such. clearly no simple etiquettes which is not just for the finer hotels but even part of Indian culture to help the elderly. Location is good not far from airport and aircon works well and they have filtered water.
