We had booked room for my parents in this hotel and they were very happy with the ambience and staff. Location is great too. They had to ho back to Delhi again in 2 weeks and of course booked the same hotel.

Small dirty rooms and bathrooms, crawling insects, AC barely worked or did not work dispite numerous calls to the reception. Loud staff and other early in the morning and late at night. Humid and congested air with stale lingering smell. Staff wanted tips on every chance they get. Only positive: fast food service.

Avoid recommendations from Auto/Taxi drivers-Trust me Bro* Recommend for foreigners/ family. Situated at walkable distance, approximately 400-500 meters from New Delhi railway station. Welcome drinks were provided. Rooms were nice with many amenities. Roof top restaurant available, KFC and McDonald's are nearby as well.
