Great location near IGI T3, very clean and tidy. Our room had a coffee maker and mini fridge. It shows on travel websites as Blu Sapphire, but the name on the ground is Le Sapphire. Very nice for an overnight stay to catch morning flights out of T3.

The room we got wasnt what we were shown in pictures, we had asked for a double side bed and single bed on the side. Which they said they will do and also sent a picture of what the setup looks like. But once we got to the hotel they said it would only be one double bed and a mattress on the floor. When we got the room, we asked the room service to clean the toilet seat once and he said it's already clean so why are we asking. They gave us a rough looking blanket for the mattress which was single size and we asked them to put a douvet cover on it, and he just gave us the cover and told us to put it on, when we asked them to again he said the douvet cover is bigger size so he cannot put it on. He finally did after asking to just do it. They offered us a second room so them one person doesn't have to lay on the floor mattress, we only need to sleep for like 5-6 hours so we decided to just keep the mattress because we needed to sleep in the same room, but we asked them since they are giving us a room, if they can just give us the blanket or douvet from the other room and the said no, and said they cannot provide any additional comforter or blanket or anything. The mattress themselves were not that good, seemed like they have been used for too many years and not been replaced, the sheets and pillows didn't seem too clean. Overall not a good experience, not as listed, but then again most hotels are not as listed since they use AI pictures.
