If you are an older person who doesn't negotiate many steep stairs (i.e as steep as a ladder in a tree house), then this place may not be for you. "excellent spot canal side, close to the train station and city center. I was delighted by how big & nice the room was. One tip for others, I was placed in the "Annex" which is down the street a few blocks from the main hotel. Not a huge problem for me, but something to mention - a bit of walking to breakfast.
