"Breakfast is very limited with no variety like before ,no airport shuttle "

"The booking procedure was terrible i booked wrong dates in the hotel lobby and informed them. They refused to change it and i finally left dubai without using it. When i sent someone over they made the check-in impossible out of 3nights they allowed his spend 1 night"

"We needed to catch an eight am flight which meant we needed to get to the airport by 6am. Staff told us to take the train that it was quicker. Google said it was 25 min drive by uber. Turned out the mall was closed so couldn’t get to metro train. There was no shuttle we spent 15 trying to find exterior entrance to metro. Couldn’t find it. Uber only took ten min to get to airport. "

"As I have stayed I many hotels, I have found Al Bandar’s breakfast very outdated. Their omelette station was tasteless. Some of the foods were very bland to taste and I was not fully satisfied with their current breakfast menu."

"I’ve been in many 4 star hotels before however this particular one are below the normal standard due to the lack of dining outdated and low quality of restaurant tables. The rooms is lack of bright lights. The elevator had unpleasant cigarettes smelling. On the positive side the hotel staff being very friendly and welcoming except the security guard repeatedly offering taxi services on the way out. "
