The rooms were very clean and well furnished. We got a suite with two bedrooms and the rooms were BIG with 3.5 baths. All basic amenities were there. The staff was very helpful and proactive in everything we needed. The hotel is 10 minutes from the airport, which was very convenient. Overall had a very good experience, will go back and will recommend to others.

Staff very welcoming. Apartment could do with refurbishment, carpets very worn, shower didn’t work properly, water only running warm yet water on cold in the basin also ran warm; also very tired and worn in areas. Refrigerator smelled heavily of garlic. Some breakfast offerings were cold such as hash browns and cooked tomatoes were stone cold; this was pointed out to waiting staff but didn’t change. Other offerings very good, plenty of choice. Didn’t use the pool as it’s too small and nowhere to sunbathe.we have stayed here several times in the past but don’t feel we would return now unless refurbished.

Worse experience in this hotel we use to stay at Flora Park which was very good starting from reception but unfortunately we’ve thinking that will be the same services. We had 2 bedrooms strong smell of dust and smoke pillows of the sofa were really dirty and very old ! Rooms and hotel was so dark. No smiling staff ! We never ever choose this property again

The standards of the hotel are not where they used to be. Had to cancel my stay and move to another hotel. This hotel should now be rated 3 star. Pipes are leaking, toilet did not flush and they took 3 days to try and attend to it after we told them we were going to cancel our stay. Location is excellent but that was just about it during this stay.

My stay at Flora was super nice, people from front desk are very polite and friendly as people in the kitchen. Mohamed was very patient when I asked for recommendation in menu. Also people from maintenance are very respectful. I definitely recommend Flora Creek. In six months I’m coming back.
