"Old building that has been well maintained and kept the original look. We were put in the more modern portion to accommodate 3 of us. Pleasantly surprised with the open air museum and proximity to most WWI sites."

"We staying in the XXL which came with 2 double beds and 1 double sofa bed. The 2 double beds and sofa bed we're separated by a wall and sliding door. The room was a good size and the bathroom clean. The walk in shower was excellent. The air con was good in the main room (sofa bed) but we found the separate room (2 double beds) was quite warm because of the heatwave. The beds were comfy. No USB ports, no kettle, warm fridge, safe that didn't open, bedside wall light front plate fell off, no instructions on how to operate anything, no information about breakfast/dinner menus, bed sheets do not fit the bed. Room was clean, bathroom was very nice, hairdryer included. Staff pleasant and mostly helpful. Restaurant did not make a good impression at dinner. Slow service, wrong order after long wait followed by another long wait for the correct...

"Wij hadden 3 kamers naast elkaar. Dat was top maar we zaten in een gedeelte wat nog niet af was ofzo. Betonnen muren en rook niet heel fris op de gang. Kamer verder wel in orde."

"The room was pretty spacious for a 3 bed. The location convenient for those who want to access Tourcoing city centre. If you want to keep your budget low compared to Lille’s prices you can pick it up and commute by metro or tram to Lille city centre, approx 30-35mins ride. We didn’t experience hotels breakfast. "
