Great hotel opposite the main plaza in Kortrijk so perfect for shopping and dining. Restaurant staff very friendly, good cocktail selection and decent food options, but nothing fancy.

A good place to stay.

Very nice stay. The spa and sauna was absolutely a hit. Good restaurants nearby. Trainstation across the street.

Nice hotel across from the main square.

Nice hotel across from the main square. Easy walking from the train station. Friendly helpful staff. Clean quiet rooms. Shower design was dumb leaving water all over the floor. No breakfast but small frig for food and drinks. Great for two nights.

Good place to stay for the Ronde

I came across for the tour of flanders. Very convenient place to stay, less than 5mins walk/cycle to the station in Kortrijk. They have a secure bike area which, whilst a bit packed, was ideal. Rooms were clean, although the lack of door to the bathroom could make it a little awkward if you're sharing!

Great location and newly decorated

Location is great, just beside the main square and 3 min from the train station. Room is comfortable but a few weird parts: toilet was separated so washing hands was steps away. Bathroom had only 1 place for hanging towels while having 2 sinks which is of course comfortable if you are with 2. Mini fridge was a nice touch. Closet to hang clothes was spacious but there was no iron. Did not request due to the hassle it meant. Staff very friendly

Wasn’t Impressed.

I felt the lighting in the room was terrible, there were no bedside reading lights, there were no bedside nightstands either. Trying to read a book was such a task as you were getting blinded be the small ceiling spotlights. For me the only pleasing thing about this hotel was the friendly girl that served breakfast. One evening I came back to the hotel to find my room door unlocked after the cleaners had been in. When I was checking out the receptionist was trying to charge me extra for the breakfasts I had. My price was inclusive of breakfast. The receptionist didn’t even say goodbye to me after my 4 night stay when I was leaving, maybe she was pissed off because I caught her trying to overcharge me on the breakfasts. I’ll be going to the Park Hotel on my next visit.

Under renovation

Not bad, just that they are working on the many missing details such as good elevator and update to rooms. Once that is done it will be more comfortable. Bed was good. Shower could have a better way to avoid water being spilled on the whole bathroom floor. Elevator is scary and dangerous! Staff very friendly!

Good but could be improved (see review for detail)

The reception area and breakfast café were being refurbished so we had to go to a near by partner hotel for breakfast, would have been nice if we'd be informed of this before arrival. Toiletries were replenished every day, very wasteful as the bottles of shower gel & shampoo were sufficient for at least two days as was the bar of soap. Nice rooms, comfy bed but the en-suite areas in our rooms (4 of us x 4 rooms) didn't have doors so rooms were only really suitable as singles despite the double beds.

The staff at the hotel were lovely but the rooms are a disaster. They do not have holders for toilet paper or towels in the rooms so the toilet paper is on the floor and any towels after use must be left on the floor. The meals in the restaurant are expensive and just awful the selection is cheaply made fried premade food that has been made somewhere else and then reheated. Save your money. The breakfast was laughable and when you order eggs you get 2 fried eggs on a plate with absolutely nothing else. The other breakfast options were again all premade frozen rubbish. Our room had a major damp issue and we had water and condensation running down the wall beside the bed and pooling on the floor. My husband tripped twice trying to get in and out of bed. The bed sheets on his side were damp. We are still waiting for a response to our complaint from the owners.

Hotellet har en fantastisk frukost och frukostvärdinnan är amazing. Restaurangens miljö är trendig och fräsch. På kvällen får man lounge/club vibe och på morgonen är den en soft och skön stämning vid frukosten. Alla i vårt sällskap var supernöjda. Pizzan är magisk. Rummen är fräscha. Glöm inte att fråga om hårtork om du behöver det!
