"This property is OK- depends on what you're looking for. POOL IS STILL CLOSED AS OF 5/3/26. We've stayed here a couple times because of its proximity to NHMS. Will we stay again? Oh probably. Pros: -Rooms are clean -Beds are comfortable -Close to both Concord and NHMS -Breakfast spread is alright Cons: -No pool currently -Rooms are not even remotely sound-proof. "The staff were disorganized and rude. They communicated with me poorly and did not take any accountability for their mistakes and disorganization. The staff did not apologize for the inconvenience and denied to accommodate my husband and I in anyway. I felt disrespected and dismissed as a guest. "

"The pool and spa were nice, but unfortunately our overall experience was disappointing. Within 10 minutes, we had to kill four huge spiders in the room, which was very unsettling. The bathtub drain plug was broken, so I wasn’t able to give my 2-year-old a bath.
