"Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Helped us via whatsapp right from the train station when our first train after arriving in Italy was late. The apartment feels highly secure and is in a great location near the city centre but a bit out of the hustle and bustle for nice quiet mornings. Great spot for a young couple travelling on a budget."
