Hotel berdekatan Deep Creek Lock Park

"Very clean smooth check in nice staff. Very modern property close to stores and eateries. Comfy bed would definitely stay again."

"Property was relatively clean, could have been better."

"The rooms were very clean. Had no problems getting any type of service. Rooms looked new. Building in a great for shopping and eating. I will recommend this studio to anyone. Well stay there again."

"I didn’t like the fact that there were no updated tv in our room….when I reported a problem to the staff they did nothing to replace it. I didn’t like that the bed was so uncomfortable that I couldn’t sleep, And there was one elevator working the whole time I was there!!!"

"Excellent"

"Breakfast menu was very limited"

"Breakfast bar was mediocre, however breakfast from the menu on weekend was good , had shrimp and grits and it was tasty. The staff there were very helpful and went out of their way to assist me"

"The queen size room was large and modern. The bathroom and shower were also very large and modern. The only thing that I could find wrong was that there were no drinking glasses and the coffee maker didn’t have enough coffee pods. The main downside was the lack of friendliness at the main desk ."

"The first room was handicap room with a high step in tub, shower curtain was moldy and sink had a gap of 3/4 inch away from wall. We left for the day and came back at 9 pm the room was not cleaned or new towels left. After some talking we received a new room. Again a handicap room but it had a step in shower. they emptied the garbage that day, emptied garbage but bed was not made up."

"The staff was friendly and very accommodating."

"I reserved 3 rooms at this location. The hotel had plenty of parking in a nice and safe area well lit. The hotel rooms were a nice size however the carpets in the rooms were dirty. Upon entering the room it was clean however it had a smell and immediately I knew it was the carpet. I held a smell like wet sneakers. I accidentally walked on the carpet without slippers and was totally disgusted 😑. Consider removing the carpet."

"Everything was great."
