"We stayed here using some Tesco vouchers to pay for the stay. We booked a Superior Balcony Room for one night. Check-in was very friendly and quick, and we were walked to our room by the receptionist. The room was lovely, but we did discover an issue with the electronic lock — it wouldn’t lock when we went to leave. We reported it to reception, and someone came to have a look at it quite quickly. "Rooms are to a high standard and very clean, they are also equipped with a mini bar and contents (extra charge). Staff are very polite, friendly, helpful and attentive. The food in the Bistro is very good with ample choice, the breakfast choice is good and the food amazing."

"The staff were very helpful from the moment I arrived. I needed to book an additional night and thought that might mean a different room for two nights as Expedia said they couldn’t do at their end. They were very accommodating and gave me a room upgrade which was lovely. They carried my luggage to my room. Breakfast was amazing. Servers were friendly. The front desk agent arranged transportation for me when I left. A very pleasant stay. "
