Top Hotel Very quiet and comfy Great breakfast and easy location- walking distance to anything in Deauville The only thing is that the mattress is very hard and uncomfortable

Déçue

Chambre poussièreuse. Draps tres transpirants, contenant du polyester. Salle de bain avec poussière et traces de moisissures sur les joints et le bas du paredouche. Abattant des toilettes plus petit que la cuvette. Enfin tres mal insonorisé. Tout le monde etait dérangé par une télévision a fond. Action de la réception pour regler le problème : me réveiller en pleine nuit en m'appelant pour savoir si ca vient de chez moi. J'ai mis 2h a me rendormir car évidemment apres cela, elle a téléphoné a toutes les autres chambres et la télévision continuait... Une tres mauvaise nuit. Je me suis réveillée fatiguée, en manque de sommeil.

L’hôtel est très bien situé. Nous déplorons cependant le bruit de l’ascenseur qui nous a empêché de dormir. Les chambres sont petites et basiques. Le petit déjeuner est très bien, il y a de tout et même du jus d’orange pressé.

Après quelques péripéties (cartes ne fonctionnant pas, affectation d'une chambre déjà occupée), tout est rentré dans l'ordre grâce à un personnel très serviable. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux. Les chambres ne sont pas hyper spacieuses mais cela peut suffire. Par contre, contrairement à ce qu'indique EXPEDIA, pas d'eau minérale fournie. De plus, la couette de notre lit était trop petite : nous l'avons signalé le lendemain à l'accueil.
