We're very much enjoyed the hotel.The room is spacious and very comfortable. the negative comment about cleanliness was the toilet had black mold on it and the back of the toilet bowl on the interior was caked with black something. the area around the hotel appears to be mostly business not a lot of restaurants and nightlife but very close to the cruise terminal. The staff were excellent and extremely helpful. we would stay here again if we were using this cruise port .

We only stayed for one night but liked Clean room, fast check in even if we were early, great location as it’s close to the cruise terminal and restaurants. Receptionist was very nice and helpful. We went out for breakfast so don’t know about their breakfast option. It’s also close to the bus stop so it was noisy until around midnight. There were only 2 washers and 2 dryers so it’s better to use the laundry facilities nearby. All in all, good value for the money.

I love that it had a stocked kitchenette. The room was spacious and clean. The furnishings were modest but functional. The safe deposit box had been locked by a previous occupant; with just a 1 night stay, I didn't tell the staff until I had checked out. The view was not special as it looked over a construction site. This hotel is very conveniently located relative to the train station. I didn't try their breakfast buffet as other guests said that €18 was pricey for what it offered. I would stay here again.

The hotel was clean and modern. The room was per expectation with a beautiful view. The staff was helpful and kind. The breakfast was disappointing 18,5€ (the plates were almost empty at 9 AM, there was no fruits and one type of cheese).

The hotel was very clean, nice size rooms and the staff were exceptionally helpful. My room was also equipped with everything I needed for cooking. The staff greeted and offered assistance at every interaction. The hotel is conveniently located right next to the main transit hub. I will definitely stay here again.

A comfortable hotel

We love our stay for a week in this hotel. The room is spacious and the separate bedroom provides privacy. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen amenities are convenient. We love it so much and plan to stay at this hotel again when we return to Le Havre.

Very handy

Perfect little hotel with room right near the railway station and 15 minute walk to ferry terminal and 5 minutes Uber to cruise port ( which is awful). Hotel is clean warm comfortable and near to shops and restaurants

This hotel is in a great location. Walking distance to the cruise port and many other amenities. The train and tram stations are within 1 block of the hotel. If you don't speak French be prepared to use a translator, the staff mainly speaks French. The laundry room is great bonus amenity.

staff was friendly when my booking was confirmed for a regular room but the system didn’t update so they gave me another room no problem … close to train station and the docks for dining and shopping the coffee/teas are a nice touch

I stayed for two nights in a pleasant, spacious, comfortable and well-equipped apartment with a nice view. Great location near railway station and bus terminal, docklands and marina, sea, and shops, with the main sights within walking distance. Laundry facilities on the ground floor. Responsive staff. This was a good choice!

Room was comfortable, clean, modern, spacious with full kitchen. Nice view of Harbour and amusement park. Just steps to train/bus station. Friendly staff. Good value. Could improve: Communication – need staff that can understand/speak English better; more English signs/instructions in room eg. to use telephone. No direct line to reception from room. Have to call external line which we weren’t able to do as words on phone and voice after pressing numbers were in French only. Never got wake up call cause staff didn’t understand English. We had two people, but only one set of towels in bathroom. Had to go down to reception to get towels because we couldn’t use the phone as everything was in French. General message received on the app 2 days before checkin was only in French. I had to Google translate to find out it contained relevant info that we needed. We had messaged them before in English so system should detect properly language to send esp when it’s important. Also ran out of toilet paper the morning we were leaving. we had to use Kleenex as no time to wait for delivery and we were packing to checkout. Other than that, we were very happy with the room and would still recommend.

Great staff, very economical, good size room with comfortable bed and nice shower/bath. Kitchen and fridge were helpful. Good views, 7th floor. Docks shopping complex, train station, canals all close by. Parking is paid underground across the street from the hotel. 10€ per day. Only downside is the Outside of hotel gets a bit trashy and dirty. Between the smokers, trash and urban outdoorsmen. Would highly recommend.

Great staff and helpfulness throughout our stay. We had multiple deliveries to the hotel and they always notified us and secured the package. Clean hotel with large well appointed rooms. We had a kitchen and a great bed and bathroom. The area around the hotel gets a bit dirty and trashy. Wish they would move the smoking area away from the front door as well. But you’ll find this at many hotels the mouth breathers standing right next to the entrance blowing their smoke into the lobby. Close to the Dick shopping mall and the train station. We found the great breakfast, lunch, dinner played during our stay. Parking is underground just across the street from the hotel. €10 a day. Would recommend.
