"Twin room was larger than I thought it would be. Quite clean. Staff were helpful and friendly for the most part. A couple of evening "concierge" men were rude and not helpful. The morning one was awesome. One more criticism - the shower floor is extremely slippery. My granddaughter slipped and I did also. Grab bars and a textured floor would make them so much safer! Overall, it was a great stay, very very close to everything near Centraal station. "

"The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the room was clean. It is a basic hotel, somewhat dated. I did not eat there so can’t comment on the breakfast or restaurant. The complementary beverage was a nice touch. The hotel is close to the Norde train terminal which was convenient. "

"We really enjoyed our stay here. Really close to the North Station, just a couple of minutes walk. Made it really easy to get into the centre. The food court area at the main station was great, we had a little one with us and had dinner there most nights, lots of great food options. Hotel was clean, of a good standard and staff were all really friendly - would recommend and stay here again. "
