The bedding had stains. I would not sit on the sofa. It was disgusting. The staff tried their best to accommodate us when we asked to change rooms because the first room smelled like someone had been sick in it. I could not wait to leave. Big pool. "The staff was great . What you pay for and the room didn’t match . I know the location of it was really good . Walking distance from the beach But the walls in the bathroom were chipped. The dresser was chipped as well the fridge was dirty. Under the bed and drawers were dusty A plus was The bed was clean For it being the historic place there is a certain way the facility should be and it didn’t match the vintage historic look."

"The first room we were given smelled like mildew. Towels were dingy and tv channels and services are outdated. We were locked out of our room on the first day because the battery died on the key lock. Spent an hour waiting for maintenance to get there after spending the day sightseeing, my kids were exhausted and this was well past midnight. The second room was cleaner but smaller. "The room was not clean. It had writing on the walls and the furniture had scratches and looked old which is surprising how well the property looked on the outside of the building. Very deceiving from the pictures for advertising We could hear music playing in the room from The bar area. and they charge $50 a night for parking! They could not find a different room to accommodate us so we checked out immediately. Very deceptive advertising and very disappointed with the Hilton."

"They never cleaned the pool it was full of sand and the room was never cleaned the sand on the floor was terrible room air didn't really work we had to move from our ocean view because of the air but the air was the same I had to buy a fan and still was not cool not enough hot water and poor pressure they did give us a discount on the room when we had to move but I would never stay again"

"Overall it was great. Service was great and everyone was friendly The view was beautiful. The hotel was well maintained and clean. The only negative would be the bar and restaurant service took a while at times but the food and drinks were really good!"
