"We were able to check in earlier than expected, and the staff was very respectful, friendly, and responsive throughout our stay. The room was spotless upon arrival, and we had no issues during our visit. Even though we woke up too late for breakfast, we were still able to get coffee and chocolate milk before checking out, which we appreciated. The checkout process was quick and convenient, and parking was easy as well. Overall, we had a great experience and would gladly stay here again."

"Front desk and restaurant/buffet staff were excellent. Super kind, considerate and helpful. Room was just ok. Bathroom is painfully cramped. Bathroom floor was flat out gross with shoes sticking to floor. Door to room was difficult to lock from inside and door creaked and groaned upon opening and closing… not on par for a $200+ per night hotel."

"Location is great and staff is very helpful but rooms are so dated. The carpet in my room had duct tape in spots. The toilet is so low that it almost hurts your needs. Kitchen appears to have been upgraded but mattress probably has not been in 15 years."

"The hotel, suite and exercise room was great! The staff was very friendly. I will definitely stay again. The only things that could be better is the amount of chlorine in the pool. It was very strong! It burned all of the kid's eyes later that night. Bring goggles!! There was also a very loud knocking noise that came from the pipes in the shower. Otherwise it was a great stay."

"I was disappointed with my stay. I had a major water leak at home and booked this hotel expecting a smooth experience, but that was not the case. I checked in during the evening and was given two key cards that did not work. My room was on the top floor at the end of the hallway, so I used my mobile phone to call the front desk for assistance and was on hold for 15 minutes before walking back to the lobby to report the issue. As a person of a certain age, this was challenging for me. The clerk...

"This place used to be good. But it’s gone downhill. In pulling into the parking lot at 1:15 pm…the grass and landscaping haven’t been tended to in a long time. We parked our car and we were the only car in the lot. We thought it was closed. I entered to check in only to be told they didn’t have a room ready. Wait until 4pm checking. WE WERE THE ONLY car in the lot and they didn’t have rooms cleaned yet? Even one? When we finally did get in our room…there were ants in the Bathroom and hallway. ...
