"Very convenient to the hospital complex and great restaurant options within walking distance from the motel. Convenient parking, attractively furnished, clean rooms, and lovely, helpful staff. We had to be at the hospital very early (5:30 am, Yikes!) so we didn't have a chance to have breakfast there either time we stayed there, but the breakfast offerings look good and the dining area was spacious and convenient to the rest of the motel."

"A cacophony of disturbances! There was a wedding that disturbed my peace. The Inn should have been exclusively resereved for the rude wedding guests. I was awaken from my sleep at 9am by drums and obnoxious chanting and cheering. There was zero regard for other paying guests. The toilet inside my suite, by the way I paid over $500 a night for, was rushing on and off. I called maintenance and he came juggled the handle and left. Of course I had to deal with the issue again. The furniture and carpet had stains. The room was halfway cleaned. They had the audacity to try and charge me for mini bar items I never touched. I even brought my own water. The room itself had a musty old odor and is in dier need of updating. Everything about this place was overpriced and underwhelming. My experience was comped slightly but I've had better stays for far less."

"This was our first time staying at this property and it was very well kept. There was no "industrial cleaning" smell, and the was very clean. The staff members were pleasant and helpful. I would return to this property and refer others."

"Hotel was excellent. However they put us in the wrong room. My last name was the same name as another guests first name and they put me in that room. AND they charged my account a large sum for a room that I had already paid in full for. Finally got that straightened out and the charge recalled and thought everything was ok. UNTIL the day after I checked out my wife checked our account and found that we had been charged for another room. Had to call again. After several conversations this charge was recalled as well. Needless to say I am watching my account closely. Sorry this review is so long. Hardly ever write one. Just thought I should share this. I bet many people get charged and don’t check it that closely. I’d be hesitant to stay here again."
