A place I will return too

A wonderful small resort in Davao.The staff is superb , attentive all the time. The restaurant is worth a visit. If you want to relax this place is perfect. It was nice to leave the place because they delivered !

今回が3回目です。 また泊まりたいホテルです。 ガードマンもあさの6時までいて安心して宿泊できる。 コーヒーがインスタントではなくなっていた。 冷蔵庫が共有なのはどうにかして欲しい！ 観光などの案内があればいいと思う。

crazy and off the wall suite

never stay again, any America I say fine different place, not close to malls, restaurant, shops, bad WiFiand TV service was real bad, never worked right, watch movie TV stop every five seconds, never did get watch the movies, Pool was dirty, I reality want my money bad, if I was going give rate to hotel would Be --5, value of hotel was to high, cost should be $20. I think hotel.com get get my money back, it was real bad, hotel can look god, but everything else didn't work.

Great little boutique hotel close to the airport

Only had a few hours in the Hotel before a flight but needed somewhere to shower, nap and eat before heading to the airport. This was just the thing I was looking for. The room was clean and comfortable, The staff were friendly and the food was good and reasonably priced. the only downside was that there isn't anything really within walking distance / but excellent for being near the airport.

お湯も出て、水圧もそこそこ保たれているホテル

住宅街のVillageの中にあるので、静かですが近くにコンビニなどがありません。でも、SMラナン(モール)が近くにあって、それほど不便ではありませんでした。 シャワーは熱いお湯も出て、水圧もそこそこあり快適でした。室内も広くエアコンの効きも良く、大きめの冷蔵庫もあり快適でした。 ちょっとお掃除はイマイチでした。棚に服を入れようとしたら虫の死骸などがいっぱいいたので、スーツケースを広げたままにしました。でも、お部屋が広いので全く問題ありませんでした。グラスなどは白く曇っていたので、モールで安いプラスチックのコップを買って使ってました。 オーナーが日本人で、日本語対応となってましたが、オーナー夫婦だけが話せるのかな？基本は英語Onlyでした。

This hotel is close to the airport and close enough to Davao City for shopping etc. Very clean and the room was cleaned daily. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent and there were restaurants nearby which were also excellent. I would certainly recommend this hotel and would be pleased to revisit when next in Davao.

Affordable, Simple and Clean

Affordable, simple and clean place to stay with free wifi and pool. Located in a gated community off a main road. A short walk to the main road. Has salon and dinning facilities. 20% service charge to eat in your room is odd.

4 am wake up call

every morning at 3-4 am you will have a wake up call, whether you like it or not. 3-4 roosters will crow their lungs out. So if you like waking up early , I guess that will help. It sucked to me. You also often cannot go to sleep too early, not before 10 as the birthday parties go on that late, often. But the wifi, was good as ive had over seas. The cafe and free breakfast were good, the rooms were very clean

Family friendly hotel

Free 24-hour wifi. The food is just okay, bring milk or hot chocolate coz only coffee/cream is free. The hotel is near SM Lanang. A few meters from it is the parking lot of Blue & Mabuhay taxis. So taking a cab without going on line is easy. Taxi drivers are honest. If you want to save, you can walk to outside the subdivision and take a jeepney at P6/pax going to SM, Abreeza Mall, downtown area. Food is cheap.

Quiet hotel

When we entered the room I saw the refrigerator leaking, water is on the floor. I immediately called the information to tell about it. Somebody came with a towel placing it on the floor. It doesn't solve the problem because the next morning the towel was saturated with water. I rinsed myself the towel and put it again on the floor. In the afternoon when we came back the floor was already dry, probably the leak was fixed. Also I found out that there was no divider separating the kitchen and cr from the room. The complimentary toothpaste and toothbrush is good only for one, as well as the drinking glass and cup, no complimentary coffee or tea found in the kitchen.There is shampoo and liquid soap, but there was no conditioner and body lotion being found on other hotels.

schönes Hotel mit Einschränkungen

An sich ein schönes Hotel, aber zu sehr abgelegen. Ohne Taxi geht nichts. Größtes Manko: das WC ist nicht wie üblich durch einen eigenen geschlossen Raum abgetrennt, sondern befindet sich im hinteren Teil des Zimmers, nur durch eine halbhohe Wand teilweise sichtgeschützt. D.h., benutzt ein Mitbewohner das WC, strömen sofort ungute Gerüche in den gesamten Wohnbereich.

喫煙者にはとても厳しいダバオシティのホテルの中で、部屋からガラス戸を開ければ目の前のテラスで喫煙できるホテルは、ここが唯一かも。 セキュリティに守られた静かなロケーション（朝のニワトリの鳴き声はダバオではどこでも聞こえますので、これは除外）に立地する一方、移動するのにはタクシーがマストです。 オープンからまだ間もないのか、タクシーの運転手さんの殆どは場所を知りませんが、マブハイタクシーのヘッドオフィスと伝えるか、「グゥアダルビー、ラナン」と言えば、近くにたどり着けますし、グゥアダルビーのビリッジ入口とビリッジ内の曲がり角に看板が出てますので安心です。 シャワーの圧力も問題なく、また、お湯もちゃんと出ます。 快適なステイを楽しめました。

Comfortable Place to Stay

Friendly staff. Clean, comfortable environment. Far from local attractions. In a quieter neighborhood. Can be very relaxing, but you can hear airplanes taking off from DVO. Even though the rooms are clean, I would suggest the staff be more thorough when cleaning rooms. There was an item from the previous guest left in the room. However, for the price, you really cannot complain. This is a great place to stay. I will stay here again, and would recommend Be-ing Suites to anyone.
