"We saw roaches outside the building running around the first night. The second night they were in our room. We left in the middle of the night. Management did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about this."

When we got into our room, it was amazingly small. But the number one main reason why I gave it three stars is because of the bleach smell. "The only reason for four stars instead of five is because the corridors open to the outside, which means no air conditioning, and the elevators also had no air conditioning. It was quite hot outside so that made the space a bit stifling. Everything was clean, however. The location was great and close to a lot of places we wanted to go. The staff was very helpful and friendly."

"This is property is primarily an event and meeting facility. The staff, particularly the concierge were excellent. Unfortunately, there was no bellman for 9 AM check out . The only evening dining available is a small menu in the bar/lounge, with seating in a large open area used for event. Breakfast was available in a second floor restaurant that only seres breakfast. The other breakfast option is room service."

"1. Was supposed to have a room to accommodate 4 persons, but ended up in a “box” of a room that accommodated only 2 persons. 2. No Courtesy Coffer offered in Lobby 3. Room had 2 packs of coffee, no adequate supply of condiments 4. Parking was secured by gate that used room card for entry and exit. Because the card reader was low to ground, for large cars, driver had to open door and get out to reach card reader. 5. No free breakfast for high priced rooms! "Loved everything about this place. Room was large with all the amenities needed. Beautiful pool area. Happy hour in the lobby with a treat was a bonus. Coffee available in the lobby in the mornings. Location was perfect. Parked on the street paying with an app. A little cheaper than the 52.00 a night valet parking they provided. Entertainment in the hotel restaurant most nights. Will definitely stay again."
