"初めて利用させていただきました。まず、私の理解不足から何度か施設の方に問い合わせすることがありましたが、すぐに対応していただけたことはとても助かりましたし、安心して利用することができました。チェックインや駐車場に対してはスタッフ不在ですが、事前にアナウンスがあったので、難なく対応できました。部屋のキーロックは少しコツがいるようです。早朝、温泉を利用した際にキーロックが反応せず困りました。幸い部屋にいた家族に開けてもらえたので助かりました。私的にとても助かったのが、お部屋に洗濯機や一通りの調理器具等があることです。今回は競技の遠征で利用しましたが、朝早い出発でしたが、暖かい朝食も取ることができました。部屋も温泉も掃除が行き届いていて清潔です。とても快適に過ごすことができました。また利用させていただきます。"

"周辺に公園などもあり良かったです。きちんと清掃されていました。建物の匂いが少し気になりました。アメニティについては、部屋のお風呂にはコンディショナーしか用意されていませんでした。大浴場もシャンプーとボディソープだけだったので洗顔やクレンジングもあったら良かったと思います！"

"Great stay in Lake Toya area! Hide was very kind and met us right at our agreed upon arrival time. The house was clean and well maintained with lots of amenities including AC, laundry, and drying racks. We would definitely stay here again if we ever come back!"

"Great little condo, although was a little tricky to find at first. That said, there was someone waiting to answer the phone when we needed to call to find it. Condo has a free ski shuttle in the mornings and afternoons that is shared with another place or two. Worked fine unless you need to leave during mid-day. The kitchenette does not have a stove, so you can't really cook anything, just heat up stuff in the microwave. This was a big bummer and they should add a hot plate or single burner...

"This place was our (group of 3) favorite during our travels to Hokkaido. It was much cozier than the pictures convey and the sauna was a welcome luxury after skiing and very snowy days. It was majestic to be able to walk to Ukimido Pagoda on a moody weather day, then come back to our cozy lodge. It was so helpful to have a washer/dryer and plenty of drying rack space near the heater. There were many good restaurants just 20 minutes from the lodge near the south side of the lake. We would love to...
